The Airblaster Sassy Hot Bib delivers high coverage, 30K waterproof protection and a women’s specific fit designed for riders who want dependable performance in deep powder and storm conditions. Built on more than a decade of design evolution, this bib combines Eco Vortex Stretch fabric, smooth mobility and functional detailing for all mountain riding. The foundation uses a 30K waterproof, 20K breathable, 2 layer shell engineered to keep moisture out while allowing heat to escape during high output sessions.

The lower body is constructed from 2 layer Eco Vortex Stretch material, offering flexible movement for carving, hiking or navigating complex terrain. The upper bib uses a lightweight Eco Vortex fabric to reduce bulk while maintaining protection. Fully taped Beast construction seals every seam, ensuring complete weatherproofing even during prolonged exposure to wet or heavy snow.

Depending on the selected colorway, the bib may include 40g Primaloft insulation, made from 100 percent post consumer recycled content. This insulation remains lightweight, warm and packable, contributing comfort without restricting mobility. Non insulated versions offer maximum layering versatility for backcountry missions or warmer riding days.

Ease of use is one of the Sassy Hot Bib’s standout attributes. The 350 degree hip zip provides practical, full circumferential access for restroom breaks without removing multiple layers, a key advantage for long days on the mountain. The bib also includes adjustable elastic shoulder straps, allowing riders to fine tune the upper body fit for comfort and stability.
