At its core, the Tech Double Slim Plus shares the same feature-rich, travel-tested construction as ROAM’s Tech series. What sets it apart is the expanding hidden sidewall, allowing the bag to instantly convert from a single board setup to a double board configuration, and back again just as easily. This flexibility makes it ideal for carrying a daily driver alongside a step-up, without committing to a bulky multi-board coffin.

Protection is handled through 10mm high density padding, combined with extra reinforced nose and tail zones to manage impacts during transport. The side panels feature a smart material mix, with a heat reflective silver polytarp side to reduce heat exposure, paired with a ripstop nylon side for durability and abrasion resistance. Inside, the water and wax proof polytarp lining keeps moisture and wax residue contained, protecting both your boards and the bag itself.

The bag is designed with travel practicality in mind. A YKK molded zipper runs smoothly and reliably, supported by corrosion-free components for longevity in salt-heavy environments. An expanding fin area allows boards to be packed with fins installed when needed, while integrated ventilation panels help reduce moisture buildup after sessions. As with all ROAM board bags, the Tech Double Slim Plus is cut true to size. A bag labelled 6’8 will fit boards up to and including 6’8, giving you flexibility to pack different shapes within the same length category.
