The FCS Day Runner Mid-Length Board Bag GO-Light is built for everyday board protection with a lightweight, travel-aware construction. Designed as part of the updated FCS GO-Light range, it combines a compact carry profile with reinforced protection for regular trips to the beach, weekend missions, and vehicle transport.

This mid-length cover uses a 7mm foam construction with PE foam internal walls, giving the bag a more protective structure while maintaining an ultralight feel. For high-wear and high-risk areas, FCS has added nose impact protection plates, using a 5mm high-density EVA nose impact zone to better manage knocks during loading, unloading, and day-to-day handling. The range also introduces updated templates, tougher materials, and revised nose and tail impact zones.

On the outside, the bag is finished with a 600D waterproof and anti-abrasion ripstop shell. The PRC-coated surface is designed to resist water ingress and hold up to repeated use, whether the bag is stored in the car, tied to a roof rack, or carried through wet conditions. Marine-grade zippers add another practical upgrade, offering non-corrosive durability suited to regular coastal use.

Functionally, the Day Runner is set up for streamlined transport. The quick stash shoulder strap can be unclipped and packed away when it is not needed, useful when checking the bag in, securing it to the roof, or connecting it with other luggage. The roll and stow system also gives the bag a more compact storage option when not in use.
