Order processing
Orders placed before 16:00 on business days are normally dispatched the same business day, subject to stock availability. Weekend and public-holiday orders are processed on the next business day.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery times are estimates after dispatch. Delivery within the Netherlands usually takes 1–2 business days. International delivery depends on the destination and carrier; customs or carrier delays can add time. Consult the delivery information at checkout and your tracking link.
Standard products
These rates apply to products in our general shipping profile, such as clothing and footwear. Snowboards, snowboard bindings, snowboard boots and surfboards have separate conditions below.

Surfboards
Surfboards use a separate shipping profile. The free-shipping thresholds above do not apply. Standard surfboard rates are €49 within the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg, €149 to other supported European destinations, and £135 to the United Kingdom. This profile has a separate free-shipping threshold of €10,000 (or £10,000 for the UK). Availability and the final rate are shown at checkout.

Shipping depends on the destination, the products in your cart and the applicable order-value conditions. Orders containing products from different shipping profiles can combine shipping charges. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the final available rates and any free-shipping option. Only destinations available at checkout are supported. Amounts above are in EUR unless stated otherwise; checkout displays the applicable currency and taxes.

For deliveries outside the EU, local import duties, customs charges or taxes may apply. The applicable prices and taxes are shown at checkout; any additional import charges depend on the destination and are separate from shipping fees.
