After more than two decades of redefining the snowboard binding industry, Union is taking its expertise to the next level with the launch of the Union Boot Division. Designed, developed, and produced entirely in Montebelluna, Italy, the global heart of performance footwear manufacturing, Union’s new boot program sets a new standard in fit, function, and durability.

The debut model, the Union Reset Pro, represents years of research, innovation, and dedication to snowboarding. Every element of this boot has been engineered from the ground up, combining state-of-the-art materials with a unique production process that only Union can deliver. Built within their own headquarters in Montebelluna, Union now controls every step of production: design, prototyping, testing, and final assembly. This full in-house process ensures consistent quality, faster development cycles, and a level of precision rarely seen in snowboard footwear.

The Reset Pro introduces several patented technologies, including the Single Frame Shell™, which delivers powerful energy transfer and stability, and the Rebound Bushing System™, designed for long-lasting cushioning and responsiveness. Inside, the Forma Pro Liner provides a secure yet comfortable fit that adapts to the rider’s foot, while the Dual BOA® Fit System with H4 Coilers and TX3 laces guarantees micro-adjustable precision on the mountain.

Union’s roots in bootmaking run deep. Founder and CEO Martino Fumagalli grew up in Montebelluna, surrounded by generations of craftsmanship. “Snowboard boots were part of my life long before Union came to be,” he explains. “Bringing that heritage full circle with the Union Boot Division is a personal milestone.”

The project also gains creative direction from Travis Rice, who joins Union as Director of Creative Innovation. Rice’s involvement underscores Union’s commitment to performance and progression, a partnership that ensures every product meets the demands of the world’s most dedicated riders.

With the Union Boot Division, Union is once again proving its mission: to transform the snowboarding experience through precision engineering and relentless innovation. The Reset Pro, available in Black and White and men’s US sizes 7–12.5, marks just the beginning. Two additional models are already in development for 2026, signaling that this bold new chapter is only getting started.
