Snowboard & ski waxing, tuning and reparairs | Amsterdam | Behind The Pines

Snowboard & Ski waxing, tuning and repairs.

Are you going on winter holiday soon? Or have you just been? Then there is a good chance that your snowboard and / or skis will have to be waxed and tuned.

At our store in Amsterdam we can do this for you! in the shop we wax, edge tune and repair all boards and skis by hand to get the best results. For this we use ecological all-temperature hot wax from Oneball.

Not sure if your snowboard / skis need a wax? usually a waxing is needed after +/- 1 to 2 weeks, a recognizable signal is a dried-out base. This one looks a bit white, and that is a clear signal that it can use a wax. It is also advisable to have your snowboard / skis waxed after your winter sport. If they are in the shed in the summer, the base does not dry out and you do not have to think about it again for the next winter!

Prices:

  • Snowboard waxing + polishing = € 19.95
  • Snowboard waxing + polishing + edge grinding = € 27.95
  • Snowboard big service (waxing + polishing + edge grinding + repair) = € 34.95
  • Waxing skis + polishing = 19.95
  • Waxing skis + polishing + edge grinding = € 29.95
  • Skis big service (waxing + polishing + edge grinding + repair) = € 34.95

Depending on what is required, we ensure that your snowboard / skis are in perfect order for the next trip to the mountains!

All service turns can be done within a day and snowboards / skis can be brought along at any time of the day that we are open, so you don't have to make an appointment!

Please bring the snowboards without bindings and bag;) Skis without bag and poles etc.

Would you rather wax, tune and / or repair your snowboard / skis yourself? But you don't know exactly what you need and how you can work best. We can also help you with this.

You can always give us a call for telephone advice or visit the store for a more detailed explanation of the maintenance of your winter sports gear.
