The Kopec Mid GTX uses a GORE-TEX membrane for complete weather protection while maintaining excellent breathability. This keeps your feet dry from both external moisture and internal heat buildup, allowing you to move comfortably through wet forests, rocky passes, and mixed conditions.
Underfoot, a Vibram Megagrip outsole delivers exceptional traction across wet rock, loose gravel, and muddy ground. The multidirectional tread pattern enhances grip and braking control on both ascents and descents, giving you reliable footing no matter the terrain.
Cushioning comes from a dual-density EVA midsole, tuned for comfort and stability during long days on the trail. A 3D-molded heel and midfoot chassis increase torsional support, preventing fatigue over uneven surfaces. The result is a smooth, balanced stride that maintains control without feeling heavy or rigid.
The upper is constructed from engineered mesh and synthetic overlays, offering lightweight durability and structured support where needed most. The mid-height collar adds ankle protection and stability without restricting movement, while a rubber toe cap shields against impacts and abrasion on rocky trails.
