Construction material

According to the product overview, this pad is made from sugarcane-based bio-foam. That’s a specific material attribute and one of the key differentiators of the Eco Traction line: a foam base sourced from nature, while aiming to retain the performance expected from an essential 3-piece grip setup.

3-piece layout and placement

A 3-piece traction pad gives you flexibility when installing. The centre tail section remains the main reference point; the side panels broaden the usable traction zone.

Grip geometry: grooves, arch and kick

The pad combines double diamond groove and double square groove. This multi-pattern approach is designed to provide traction and clear underfoot feedback. The coffin arch bar supports the arch area, helping you locate your back foot quickly during transitions. At the back, the high tail kick provides a firm stop point—useful when you want a consistent lever to push against for maximum speed and drive.

For contact feel, the pad uses sanded surfaces for enhanced grip. It is also perforated for extra resistance as stated by FCS, which is a practical construction detail for regular use.
