The Hestra Fält Guide Glove 5-Finger – Natural Yellow & Offwhite is a tried-and-tested outdoor essential, designed for those who work, travel and explore in cold, demanding conditions. Developed in collaboration with Swedish survival expert Lars Fält, this glove represents Hestra’s unmatched heritage of craftsmanship and function.
Constructed entirely from premium leather, the Fält Guide Glove combines supple goatskin on the palm for exceptional grip with durable cowhide across the backhand for weather resistance and strength. Every detail is designed to withstand hard use, whether you’re handling tools, touring in the backcountry or guiding in harsh winter environments.
Inside, the glove features a removable wool liner, providing outstanding insulation even when damp. The natural properties of wool help regulate temperature and wick moisture, ensuring warmth and comfort throughout long days outdoors. The removable design also allows easy drying and replacement, making this glove ideal for multi-day trips and mountain expeditions.
The spacious cut allows insulating air to circulate while maintaining dexterity. Reinforced seams and outseam construction enhance comfort and durability, while elastic at the wrist and a carabiner attachment make the gloves easy to secure and adjust.
Designed as a true workhorse, the Fält Guide Glove has become a trusted companion among mountain guides, ski patrols, hunters and wilderness professionals who rely on dependable hand protection. Its blend of warmth, mobility and weather resistance makes it equally suited for ski touring, hiking, everyday winter use and backcountry travel.
Every pair is produced in Hestra’s Rakamaz workshop in Hungary, using responsibly sourced materials and decades of glove-making expertise. With proper care, this glove will last for years of adventure, gradually developing a rich patina that reflects its owner’s journeys.
Timeless in look and function, the Hestra Fält Guide Glove – Natural Yellow & Offwhite is more than just winter gear, it’s a piece of refined, practical design built to perform in the most demanding conditions.

Hestra Gloves
The family business Martin Magnusson & Co. was founded in 1936 and is now run by the third and fourth generation of Magnussons. Both design and development is done at the headquarters in the small village Hestra, Sweden. Our gloves are manufactured in our own factories and we personally buy all leather, fabric, wool and other materials. This gives us control of the production chain and ensures a high level of quality. Several of our models are handmade by some of the most experienced glove makers in Europe. In 2019, we produced over 2 million pairs of gloves. The company has about 50 employees at its headquarters in Sweden. We also have a subsidiaries in United States, Norway and Germany as well as agents, distributors and retailers in over 30 countries.
