Art and Symbolism
The sneaker’s colors and details are inspired by a Japanese kimono from the Rijksmuseum collection. The orange mane of the shishi (lion-dog), symbolizing courage and resilience, is featured on the tongue, while the subtle water motif from the kimono is incorporated throughout the design, creating a stylish and meaningful statement.
