Prizm Snow optics enhance contrast to help you read snow contours in sun and cloud. This lens has 14% light transmission and category 3 protection.

Vision Rapt face foam is moulded in three dimensions to follow the face and distribute pressure. The 45 mm strap supports a secure fit. Try the goggle with your helmet to check the seal and comfort.

Choosing this lens

The Prizm Snow Argon Iridium lens uses Prizm Snow technology to bring out differences in snow texture. Think about the light you normally ride in when choosing your setup: lens colour alone is not a reliable indication of suitability. The 14% light transmission makes this a useful choice for sun and cloud. It is less suitable for very dark, stormy conditions, where a lens that lets more light through can make terrain easier to read.

Fit with your helmet

The L has a large fit. Fit depends on face shape as well as size: the foam should make even contact without pressure around the nose, and the strap should hold the frame without crushing the foam. Try the goggle with the helmet and any glasses you use, check for a gap at the forehead and make sure your breathing is comfortable. The Vision Rapt foam follows the contours of the face; its seal works best when the frame is not pulled excessively tight.

Looking after your goggles

After a day on snow, let the goggles dry naturally before storing them. Avoid wiping a wet inner lens, which can damage its anti-fog surface, and keep the lens away from hard objects in your bag. Use the supplied microbag or suitable protective storage for transport. A comfortable seal and an unobstructed lens matter more than tightening the strap as far as it will go.

Lens and light conditions: Prizm Snow Argon Iridium has 14% visible light transmission and belongs to filter category 3. It is intended for sun and cloud. A lower VLT means less light reaches the eye, so this tint is less suitable for dark storm conditions. Match the lens to the light on the day and check that vents remain unobstructed when paired with your helmet.
