At the center of the Cardprotector is Secrid’s patented card slide mechanism, allowing cards to fan out smoothly with a single movement. This ensures fast access while keeping cards securely locked in place when closed. The Cardprotector holds up to six cards, depending on embossing, making it ideal for a streamlined setup without unnecessary bulk.

The housing is made from aluminium, chosen for its strength and protective qualities. It shields cards against bending, breaking, and RFID skimming, reducing the risk of wireless theft in public spaces. Despite its solid construction, the Cardprotector remains slim and lightweight, designed to sit comfortably in a pocket without creating pressure points.
