The main body uses 14-oz. oil finish Tin Cloth, a tightly woven fabric known for its hard-wearing feel and strong resistance to wet conditions. Areas exposed to more constant friction and contact are reinforced with 100% cotton Rugged Twill at the back panel and base, adding stability and long-term durability in key zones. Inside, a full poly/cotton lining gives the interior a clean finish and supports daily organisation.

Access is handled through a heavy-gauge YKK zipper, covered by a Tin Cloth rain gutter designed to help shield the opening from moisture. The zip extends more than halfway down the bag, which makes packing easier and improves visibility inside the main compartment. A snapped closure over the rain gutter adds extra protection when conditions turn wet. For work carry and everyday utility, the interior includes a padded laptop pocket sized for devices up to 15 inches.

Comfort is equally considered. The bag features padded shoulder straps built from Tin Cloth and lined with Moleskin, a sueded cotton fabric that helps improve comfort while reducing slip during extended wear. The straps are contoured and adjustable, finished with Bridle Leather adjustment straps and leather attachment points. A padded back panel adds further carrying comfort while creating a buffer between the wearer and bulkier contents inside the pack.

On the exterior, a snap-flap pocket provides quick-access storage for smaller items. Its gusseted design uses snap-secure expandable corners, allowing the pocket to sit flatter when lightly loaded and expand when extra room is needed. Additional Bridle Leather details at the grab handle and zipper pulls complete a design that feels considered and functional without excess.
