The Merrell ProMorph Cairn is designed for runners who want to move seamlessly between different terrains. The FloatPro+™ midsole delivers long-lasting, responsive cushioning while keeping the shoe lightweight. FLEXconnect™ grooves in the sole enhance flexibility and ground contact.

The upper is made from synthetic materials and breathable mesh, providing ventilation during intense runs. The shoe features 100% recycled laces, a breathable mesh lining, and a removable footbed made from 50% recycled EVA foam. Cleansport NXT™ treatment naturally controls odors for lasting freshness.

The Vibram® XS Trek Evo outsole is engineered for an optimal balance of traction and flexibility, even on wet surfaces. With a 2.2 mm lug depth and a 6 mm drop, the outsole offers grip without sacrificing freedom of movement. The stack height of 32.5-26.6 mm supports a natural stride and effective shock absorption.

The ProMorph Cairn is fully vegan and incorporates several recycled components, reflecting Merrell’s commitment to responsible production. The design is suitable for medium trails but also provides comfort on asphalt and other hard surfaces. At approximately 260 g per shoe (size 44), the lightweight and flexible sole make this shoe ideal for runners who enjoy varied routes.
