Nikwax Tech Wash 300ml is a technical cleaner developed for outdoor clothing and synthetic sleeping bags. It is designed to clean thoroughly while helping to restore the water repellency and breathability of waterproof and wind-resistant gear. Used regularly, it helps maintain garment performance in wet and variable conditions, keeping outerwear functioning as intended for longer.

This cleaner is suitable for pieces that rely on breathable weather protection, especially when the outer fabric begins to absorb water and performance starts to drop. By cleaning away dirt and contamination that can affect fabric function, Tech Wash helps revive the performance of rainwear and technical layers without unnecessary complication. It is intended for use both in a washing machine and for hand washing, making it practical for routine maintenance at home or after longer trips.

Nikwax recommends Tech Wash for a wide range of water- and wind-resistant garments and equipment, including products made with Gore-Tex, Windstopper, Nikwax Analogy, and fleece. It is also suitable for gloves, jackets, trousers, and synthetic sleeping bags. This makes it a versatile care product for anyone maintaining a technical outerwear system across daily use, travel, and outdoor conditions.

The formula is described as non-flammable and PFC-free. Its role is not only to clean, but also to help extend the usable life of technical garments by supporting the original performance of the fabric. For outerwear that is exposed to rain, moisture, dirt, and repeated wear, proper cleaning is a key part of preserving comfort and function.

Compact in a 300ml format, this version is well suited for regular gear care without taking up unnecessary space in a laundry or travel kit. For jackets, trousers, gloves, and sleeping bags that need careful maintenance rather than standard detergent, Nikwax Tech Wash offers a focused cleaning solution built around the requirements of waterproof, breathable equipment.
