Secrid Slimwallet Vintage Black

The Secrid Slimwallet Vintage Black combines a classic wallet format with a slimmer, more technical construction. Built around Secrid’s patented aluminium Cardprotector, it keeps everyday essentials organised in a compact profile that fits easily into a trouser, jacket, or shirt pocket. The open exterior, without buttons or magnets, keeps the design clean while allowing space for cards, notes, and receipts.

This version is finished in Vintage Black, using European cowhide with an abraded and waxed surface for a subtle stonewashed look. The leather is aniline dyed and finished with wax, giving it a rich surface that develops character with use. It is a material choice that suits the Slimwallet well, understated, tactile, and made to age naturally over time.

At the core of the wallet, the Cardprotector provides both structure and protection. It holds up to 6 flat cards or 4 embossed cards, shielding them against bending, breaking, and unwanted wireless communication through RFID/NFC protection. The integrated mechanism lets the cards slide out in one smooth motion, making daily access fast and controlled. Around it, the leather cover adds room for up to 6 additional cards, along with banknotes, business cards, and receipts.

The Slimwallet is designed for long-term use and tested for at least 1,000,000 operations. Production takes place in the Netherlands and Italy, with attention to both people and environment, and the CO2 emissions from production are fully compensated. Each wallet also carries a unique serial number. Secrid backs the Slimwallet with a two-year warranty, plus an additional year upon registration.

For daily care, the vintage leather requires little maintenance. If the wallet gets wet, simply pat it dry with a soft cloth. Optional add-ons such as a Coinpocket or tracker card can be used to expand functionality, while the wallet itself remains focused on compact carry, card protection, and efficient access.
